Local restaurateurs and caterers will gather in New Hope for the annual Cabin Fever Feast.
Hunterdon County chefs Jim Hamilton of Hamilton's Grill Room and Joseph Cummins of HHC Personal Chef Services are among the 15 restaurateurs and caterers from the Hunterdon, New Hope and Bucks County area who will be participating in the 5th annual Cabin Fever Feast 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 26 at the Audubon Visitor Center, 2877 Creamery Road, New Hope, Pa.
The benefit for the Bucks County Audobon Society's environmental education programs will feature chefs' specialties such as Crab Souffle, Cassoulet, Eggplant Parmigiana, Kailua Pork Dumplings, Beer Braised Short Ribs and more. Specialty wines, beers and gourmet coffee will complement the cuisine. For dessert, dip a treat into the chocolate fountain or choose a delicious pastry.
